…ve that they take good care of themselves not only to live a long life but a healthy, quality life. The FDA should require caution labels on all such products, same as cigarettes, as they are not only harmful but addictive. It’s a lifestyle change that is necessary for longevity and a healthy life, sometimes it’s as simple as reading the labels on the food cojntainers. Let’s not wait for an emergency or a traumatic situation to jolt us to change our habits, our lifes…
