Hi Tony, thanks for this article. I started on Medium a few years ago after running my own blog for 10 years and not getting anywhere. I enjoy the writers and the quality, and have gotten 2 friends to join and write regularly.

One thing we would like more guidance in is how to write articles that get more engagement..it seems to be a bit of a mystery to me.
